Configuration for setting pod replicas

I am using the operator helm chart and wanted to check if there an option available for autoscaling or setting replicas for the spicedb cluster pods.

@AmythD This can be done via the SpiceDBCluster custom resource that you will use after installing the SpiceDB Operator itself.
