Mode-pluggable note
The home screen reflects actual coverage regardless of mode. In V1 it shows Easy-mode coverage truthfully; the same surface shows Sovereign coverage (gas headroom, on-chain state) in Beta. It must read coverage from the engine boundary, not from Easy-mode internals.
Scope (child issues)
- The honest home screen ("Watching over you. Last sign of life 2:10pm. Battery 80%. 3 checkers.") — degrades honestly, no fake green shield
- Honest-promise copy guardrails + coverage-honesty review checklist (Legal reviews every "save/rescue"-adjacent line)
- Low-coverage / low-gas as visible states (silent failure of a safety net is the cruelest outcome)

- MAY: "found by the people you chose, hours not weeks"; "the right few are alerted the moment your pattern breaks"; "watches for signs of life, never for you" (architecture, not policy).
- MUST NOT: "save / rescue"; "inevitable" in Easy mode; "always on / never misses"; invisibility / anonymity / metadata-privacy.
- Brand guardrail: watches over you, never watches you — guardian eye / lighthouse, never a camera lens.
