Update contact information

Write a script to go through all contact information and check if people.epfl.ch still has an entry for that person. If this is not the case, then:

• if it's the project's contact information, it should be replaced by the head of the lab
• if it's the C4DT contact information, it should be deleted, so that the default contact information takes over
