FTP server interface for VFS

It would be awesome if there was a way to expose a VFS over a ftp server. Which would be awesome for providing FTP access on servers where FTP is not provided, as well as allowing a FTP interface too hook into whatever source VFS allows (e.g. google docs, rest, whatever).

https://github.com/naholyr/node-ftp-server exists for creating a ftp server with just node, which seems promising however no activity for a while and still a big todo

I don't yet have a ftp front-end to vfs, but it's quite possible. If such an interface existed we could consider exposing it. My main problem with ftp is it sends password auth in the clear. There is ftps, but not all clients support that.
