A cancer_type.txt file of all cancer types for cBioportal?

I tried to load study to my dockerized cBioportal. Since there's no cancer type info in cbioportal mysql database, I have to load it manually as this instruction.

In this instruction, a cancer_type.txt file is needed. I wonder if there's a BIG table of all cancer types on ONCOTREE for cbioportal?

@wangshun1121 portal accepts any OncoTree code for cancer type. You can get a data dump of oncotree via its API https://oncotree.mskcc.org/swagger-ui.html
