ccls fails to build on latest nixpkgs-unstable

Describe the bug

as title, updating to latest nixpkgs means that ccls no longer builds.(using flake-parts module) and since it seems that ccls is a hard dependecny of this project's module devenv fails to build

Join the discussion to implement a standardised interface for language servers: #1974

In the meantime, employ temporary workarounds: disable the C/C++ module, use overlays to fix ccls, roll back the nixpkgs version, etc.
