- The user should be able to see his appointments by day
- The user should receive notifications for new appointments
- The user should be able list unread notifications

- Appointments of the day should be stored in cache
- Notifications should be stored in mongodb
- Notifications should be realtime with Socket.io

- Notification should have a read/unread status
