V3 big refactor

I am currently working on v3 (slowed down by school) and so heres a task list

• refactor connection
• refactor client etc
• refactor the rest of the API

refactor all commands
make a webui frontend

fuck making a webui for this bro 💀 maybe one day but nahhhh

refactoring all commands to a large extent will come in v4 along with custom script support, commands will still be refactored but not the command system.
