Describe the bug
Lake Transit, Mendocino Transit and Redwood Coast Transit specifically seem to be missing. Data present in rollup table, investigate Python scripts.
Expected behavior
CA Transit Routes shows all routes for operators serving California, provided we have their GTFS Schedule shapes data
Additional context
Short term priority to provide D1 complete data by May 20
In the medium term, create a documented SOP and QA process for open data updates
