Renovate complaints thread

Our renovate config needs some work. Here's a spot to collect complaints so when we do the work we can try to do it all at once.

If possible, it should prefer issues with OSVs (preferably doing those as soon as they show up rather than on a weekly schedule).

I noticed it auto-merged this PR, which I've never seen before. Have I just been blind to this? Could we turn it on in more places?

Also, I second the OSV statement and I'd be further interested in auto-merging after a single approval like the above PR. It'd clean out my notifications so much.

The titles are wrong sometimes, like this: canonical/snapcraft#6271 has a title of build(deps): update bugfixes to v0.15.15 (main) instead of build(deps): update pre-commit hook astral-sh/ruff-pre-commit to v0.15.15
