[apg_pixfont] Tiny font

• Added a shorter pixel font to apg_pixfont for cases when you want something between 1x and 2x scale normal font.
• Updated the create_atlas tool to use bmp instead of png.
• Updated the create_atlas tool to also spit out a binary file containing widths and codepoints for each atlas cell.
• Fixed several bugs with incorrect special codepoints etc.
• Also tidied up some build scripts and gitignore.
