Allow other diff tools

I love to do diffs in Meld or PMerge, but right now using those with vcl_cli is a bit of a pain. I have to set the DIFFY_DIFF env variable and then take a crowbar to the commandline options in the vcl_cli source. And even then Diffy insists on testing the diff tool first, so it always pops up a diff of a single file first.

Just the ability to configure a binary to run with the two files. And maybe (for some crappier diff tools) the commandline switches.

For me, it would just be having vcl_cli execute /usr/bin/meld <vcl1> <vcl2>

Kinda like git difftool (see http://jeetworks.org/setting-up-git-to-use-your-diff-viewer-or-editor-of-choice/)
