mldonkey with wireguard /vpn?

I find the work you do excellent, especially the new theme that seemed forgotten. I wonder if in the future, it would be possible to add an option to use it with a VPN, similar to how the 'docker qbitorrentvpn' does it on https://hub.docker.com/r/dyonr/qbittorrentvpn/

I am trying to use Mldonkey with AirVPN. AirVPN does not allow me to forward the default ports as they are taken already so I forwarded some other ports in AirVPN and adjusted the ports in the downloads.ini file to match, expecting that Mldonkey would use those. That is not working however. The ports used by Mldonkey remain at their default values and hence the WebUI will not connect. The exported ports appear to be hardcoded in Mldonkey.

If this is a mldonkey core issue, you may probably get some help in the mldonkey repo.

No I don't think it is. Exposed ports are defined in the docker file.

downloads.ini is not handled directly by docker-mldonkey. Then:

appear to be hardcoded in Mldonkey

if those are hardcoded in mldonkey, then you should ask mldonkey authors about it.

If you still think something is wrong with docker-mldonkey, then please file a proper report here so that I can understand how to reproduce precisely.

You are right, I mis-stated the issue. The ports are not hardcoded in mldonkey but in the docker file. My mistake so apologies.

Ok. Then please open another bugreport stating how to reproduce. This report is for VPN support.
