using scGate with SingleCellExperiment

It seems that scGate is only available to analyse Seurat objects. Is there a way to adapt it for SingleCellExperiment?

Hello Delphine,

at the moment scGate only works on Seurat objects. Perhaps you can try one of the conversion tools available to move between the two formats, see e.g. https://satijalab.org/seurat/archive/v4.3/conversion_vignette.
