Set install RPATH for installed targets (shared-library builds) #9

Description

@cartoonist

PSI doesn't set an install RPATH for its installed executables (e.g. psikt). With the default static linking this is fine.

When built with shared libraries (e.g. -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON, which makes the bundled DiVerG ETI library shared), an installed psikt can fail at runtime with a Library not loaded: @rpath/... error, because no RPATH points to the install lib directory.

Address by setting an install RPATH on the installed targets, e.g. INSTALL_RPATH to ${CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_LIBDIR} and/or enabling CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH.
