Can you tell how did you get the above ocp_diameter and how did you set the label_diameter to 9?

Also can you once tell the difference between ocp and label?

The ocp_diameter denotes the real diameter of the particles. Empirically, in order to obtain good selection results, we recommend that the particle size is adjusted to the range of 20~30 by binning operation.

The label diameter denotes the diameter of generated weak label, which is usually smaller than the average diameter of the particles. Empirically, you can set it as large as possible but should be smaller than the real diameter.

As for shrec datasets, the real test ground truth and evaluation script are provided officially shrec2020 shrec2021. You don't need to generate ocp yourself. For experimental datasets without ground truth, you can use ocp_diameter to generate pseudo labels for testing.
