Whether the volume electron microscopy data is aligned first before being sent to the network

Hello, I'm interested in using your proposed depth super resolution for volume electron microscopy.
I have a question that I'd like to ask. For the downloaded volume electron microscopy data, such as EPFL, Cremi and GrayMatter, will an alignment operation be performed before being input into the IsoVEM network?

From my test, an extra alignment is essential, especially for CREMI dataset.
