Hello, You can generate semantic_instance folder through https://github.com/cbmi-group/SCTS/blob/main /data_procee/gen_semantic_instance.py, and generate instance folder through https://github.com/cbmi-group/SCTS/blob/main/data_procee/gen_instance.py.

The space_filling_data_process.py and get_instance.py are overwriting the same location? Should I run only one of them?

I deleted space_filling_data_process.py, you can use the above two codes.
