Currently we are using 200 design points
This issue tracks the next step, which is to scale up the number of design points. We will first scale to 10k, which is likely over-sample, in order to do determine the appropriate number for production runs.
Goal is to have a number of design points where downscaling model R2 >0.9 and RMSE a small fraction of other sources of uncertainty.
