Implement climate scenarios

MVP Requirement:

Demonstrate future scenarios with

• two management scenarios (e.g. baseline + stacked)
• two emissions pathway scenarios
• two climate models

(that is eight simulations)

Use 45km grid because that is similar to the 0.5 degree ERA5 grid we are currently using.

What this means operationally output is in PEcAn std. format NetCDF

  • Write download_caladapt function #82
  • Write met2cf.caladapt #83
  • generate weather from downscaled CalAdapt projections for each design point #67
  • generate inputs
  • generate runs
  • analysis
• implementing PEcAn functions is not MVP. Coercing to PEcAn standard for use in scenario based projections is MVP
