Header bugged after full page to minimize

If i have a full page, refresh and minimize the page the header gets bugged. does anyone got this bug? Anyone cares about this anymore?

i did a fix like this:

            $('#mobile_menu').headshrinker({ mobileMenu: false, menuSwitch: 0, shrinkBy: 1.5 });
            $(window).resize(function () {
                $("div#mobile_menu.headshrunk").remove();
                $('#mobile_menu').headshrinker({ mobileMenu: false, menuSwitch: 0, shrinkBy: 1.5 });
            });
        });
    </script>
...
But it creates another bug, after the resize i need to go up or down for the header ti appear
