Vote on Naming for Subscription Styles

The API has two subscription styles, currently named QoS0 and QoS2 to align with equivalent functionality in MQTT.
Since this is not MQTT, the suggestion has been made to chose different naming. Please vote on BOTH of these polls. If you have other naming suggestions, comment on this Issue.

Votes were clear that QoS0 should be re-named Stream
Votes were close on QoS2, WG decided on Sync
