Upgrade Keycloak to 4.5.0

• Upgrade Themes
• Upgrade wildfly
  • This upgrade also includes a move from including a static wildfly config to using the wildfly cli to modify the stock config. This should help make our setup more future proof.
• Upgrade docker-entrypoint
  • Keycloak 4.5.0 changes the location of the docker-entry point, as such rather than substituting out own entry point we are including a supplementary entry-point that will be called before the standard one.
• Upgrade marathon config
  • Keycloak 4.5.0 changes a number of environment variable names that need to be modified in the marathon config
• Test keycloak db upgrade
• Perform a full test of the stack
