awesome plugin! but what happens if i insert a new answer in a complex tree?

This seems to be the only plugin which works right out of the box. Thank you guys!
I read the other issues regarding deleting answers. But what if i want to add a new answer in between an existent tree? do i have to delete the other following answer first and start from that new answer now? whats the best way?

the first problem is i want to create a kind of wizzard to find the right smartphone of your choice. but they get new features over time. the decision questions may change then! then i need to add new questions in the existing tree. but not on last place but maybe somewhere in the middle. but as far as i can see i can not "unlink" answers to existing questions.

the second problem is that some smartphones have the same features.
for example:

1. do you need a touchscreen?
   1.1 yes / 1.2 no
   1.1 Do you need WiFi?
   1.1.1 yes / 1.1.2 no
   1.1.1 Dou you need GPS?
   1.1.1.1 yes/ 1.1.1.2 no

as long as you click "yes" everything is fine. But what if you click 1.2 (no to touchscreen) but want to have GPS (1.1.1.2)? Seems i need to create duplicate decisions. But this seems not to work! It just ignores the duplicate.
