In the sampleprops table there is a free form text field (method_name) that indicates the type of method used to determine the data. This could be added to the JSON-LD files in the methodology section. However, as it is a free form field it would need some normalization to make it useful.
Currently there are 2701! different entries in this field so it would take a while to normalize.
