PR/issue-level: Disclosure checkboxes in PR templates, bot accounts as authors, AI disclosure in PR body text, bot comments, labels indicating AI involvement.

Account-level: GitHub bot account type flag, known AI service accounts (dependabot, renovate, copilot, etc.), app installations on repos.

If we want this tool to remain platform agnostic, this might have to happen in the GitHub Actions layer rather than the core project, which might mean the core project would need some kind of method or system for other tools to add their own custom signals or items to the report.
