We need some clarification for such use of id:

• non-unique id was used on purpose here to mark that some identifiers actually identify the business process that the object represents, and may end up being attached to multiple different objects that all relate to the same real-world process (e.g. observations are made from a single laboratory order)
• non-unique id was just copied and pasted to populate form with some observation data
