When I'm presenting, I don't want the pop-up to appear. I actually don't mind it when following meetings

Thanks for the suggestion @phalox. How about we follow the Do Not Disturb (DND) policy from macOS? When you’re in a meeting, you can turn on DND, and Eyebreak will follow this policy. This means Eyebreak won’t appear during that time. What do you think, or do you have any better ideas?

Hi @cheat2001 thanks for getting back to this.

I asked claude code to give a go at your code base, and it came up with a solution that would monitor the screen activity/overlay of different processes. If it detected something on a "high layer" for processes like zoom and teams, it would put the timer on Pause.

This worked a little too well: when in a meeting (not presenting), it would also put it on pause.

So I ran a second version. I still need to have a bit more time to test it through to see if it does the job for me. After that I could put in a PR if you'd like.

The DND policy for me, is much more for when I'm doing focus work... and then it's especially useful to have the reminder in place.
