swig.configuration.json dosn't work

i want to change comment so i write a swig.configuration.json in my workspace, but it dosn't work

it stil use '//' to comment single line ,how can i change to {# #}?

Looks like you should update ./syntaxes/swig.tmLanguage instead.
As far as I have found it follows this syntax
