[bug] activating termination shows "tasks will never be triggered"

Hi there,

I noticed that when I click on the terminate button and assign an offboarding flow, it shows that the tasks in the sequence will never be triggered, even though they will. Going back and clicking on "show offboarding track" then shows the correct triggers and the tasks are triggered correctly.

There is sometimes a mismatch between timezones which could cause this issue. Will get this fixed soon.
