I should be able to search for a school
So that I can join the school
Task Description
I should be able to search for a school to join by choosing Country, State, District, Block and Cluster, School Name or UDISE

Acceptance Criteria
Given That user navigates to 'Search School' page,
When Clicked chooses Country, State, District. Search results to be displayed showing all the matches.
User to choose optional fields Block, Cluster and Search Bar (School Name or UDISE) to refine the search results. Search results to be displayed showing all the matches to the keyword in the search bar.
Then User to scroll down the results to look for a school, if found user clicks 'Join' else will click 'Create School' if user doesn't find a match
