As a Principal / Teacher
I should be able to create a school
So that I can join the school
Task Description
I should be able to create a school, if not found in the search results (by choosing Country, State, District, Block and Cluster and by School Name or UDISE)

Given That user navigates to 'Search School' page,
When Clicked chooses Country, State, District. Search results to be displayed showing all the matches. User to choose optional fields Block, Cluster and Search Bar (School Name or UDISE) to refine the search results. Search results to be displayed showing all the matches to the keyword in the search bar.
Then User to scroll down the results to look for a school to join, and doesn't find the school, then user to click 'Create School' button

Given That user clicks 'Create School' button, and will be taken to 'Create School' page, where the school details that are required to be filled. User to choose Country, District, State, Block Cluster, School Name, which are mandatory fields. UDISE is optional
When Clicked on 'Send Request'
Then User to be taken to the confirmation page
