User Story
As a Principal/Teacher
I should be able to receive a confirmation message after sending a request
So that I can wait for an approval and join the school

Task Description
Should be able to receive a confirmation message after sending a request (for both Join School and Create School)

Acceptance Criteria

1. Given That user navigates to confirmation page, and a message to be displayed about the status of the Send Request form. As in, form has been sent successfully or form was not sent stating the reason why it failed.
   When Clicked User to choose to play a short video for a sneak peek of Teacher's App or choose to switch to Kids App
   Then User to be taken to the app they have chosen
