Need to fix the way include hierarchy is parsed

parser for rtl doesnt seem to understand concept of directory tree structure

I have src/includes/all_include_files.svh and src/all_rtl_files. But if you look here its picking include files at src/ level.

FYI- This is picked as part of the Librelane run by enabling

Can you attach the whole command line and a description of the directory structure, not the actual files content, but the listing of the files present in the key directories?
Did you properly set the -I or +include+ include search options?
