Update bundled 7zip executables to v26.01

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

A new version of 7zip has been released, as such we need to ensure that we are updating 7zip in the next release of CLI.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Upgrade all instances of 7zip executable and libraries in the repository to the latest version available of 7zip.

User Story

As a sure user of Chocolatey CLI
I want to be able to use latest 7zip version
to be able to use latest features, bug fixes and security related fixes.

• 7zip binaries uses latest version
• Extracting archives in helpers continue to work
