Search and Consolidate Missing Proxies in LucidLink/Iconik

1. Create Saved Search: "Missing Proxies"
Filter for:

• proxy = false or missing
• File types: video, audio, image
• Folder scope: recent uploads or archive

2. Verify File History and Proxy Status

• Right-click file or use file history panel to review archive dates.
• Confirm proxy is missing via asset metadata or playback status.

3. Restore and Retranscode Files

• Select the file.
• Use menu option (three-dot menu or right-click): "Retranscode"
• Process files one at a time or in small batches depending on system capabilities.

4. Tag & Organize

• After retranscoding, tag files as proxyRestored = true
• Keep saved searches for:
• "Pending Proxy Creation"
• "Recently Transcoded"
• "Has Proxy & Hi-Res"
