I am trying to aggregate 3 independent libraries from the outputs of scafe.workflow.sc.solo. I made the lib_list_path file using collapse.ctss.bed.gz and unencoded_G.collapse.ctss.bed.gz paths of all the independent libraries and tried running. But it is throwing an error "unencoded_G.collapse.ctss.bed.gz".
I went through the run and found multiple lines with the similar pattern of failure: "Failed to open file chr9:1-30882864".
This seems to be the common thing for all chr.. .
Any suggestion regarding this? I do not seem to understand the problem here.
