I just installed this SCAFE to our sever，but I can't get results of the sc.solo/clsuster directory when I run the "scafe.demo.test.run". At the same time I ran the my data that download from the SRA datadase, I also did not get the cluster results. I don't know why, and I have check all the dependencies of this software, I found ererything is ok, so I can't find any error on this. Whould you like to help me to solve this？
