I was wondering if sumdag can be used for mixed trait dag construction such as adding binary trait GWAS？

@Graph-kernel Thank you. It is generally hard to model binary traits with summary data. One way is to use linear regression coefficients as an approximation (through Taylor's expansion) for logistic coefficients. This works well when the signals are small.

Thank you for your response. I have one more question: Is sumdag affected by sample overlap?

@Graph-kernel You may apply sumdag to the overlapped sample. In theory, the estimation remains consistent, but the inference result should be interpreted with caution.
