Thank you for your reply. My plan is to convert zk programs between different frameworks (for example, converting Circom to Zokrates and vice versa). Can this tool accomplish that? If so, I would be interested in working on it.

It should be possible. You need to add a new backend (target) in CirC that will transform CirC-IR to a targeted language. You should expect that the generated programs would miss some of the abstractions, but it should be possible.
