codex cil 接入没有反应

Windows 本地电脑运行，使用的是 releases 安装包，配置完后测试一直502 
base_url 试过 127.0.0.1 和 本机 IPv4 地址在 Cherry Studio 中是可以请求通的，在 codex cil 中却通通不行 |
