eth1 doesn't work in Ubuntu 16.04

In aculog.c I had to modify the arguments to TCPDUMP_EXE to replace the "eth1" argument with the actual name of the network adapter. Ubuntu 16.04 uses the new Predictable Network Interface Names, so eth1 isn't around any more.
