Publish new releases to Winget using GitHub CI workflow (steps included)

Handy can be installed using winget install cjpais.Handy on Windows, but only has 0.9.1 latest.

Solution

Use WinGet Releaser to submit PR to microsoft/winget-pkgs when new release is published.

Getting started:

1. Create .github/workflows/winget-release.yml:

2. Create a Classic Personal Access Token (PAT) with public_repo scope, copy the token and use it to create a repository action secret WINGET_TOKEN.

3. Fork microsoft/winget-pkgs to cjpais account. The bot needs this fork to stage the changes before creating a PR.
