Speed up annular geometry calculations

Precise annular geometry is slow on million+ crater databases. Speed up computations by either or both of:

• make the transformation more efficient (probably can compute the transform directly rather than creating and destroying a million proj CRS objects).
• parallelize loop w/ multiprocessing
