PDF link not working

When press links to pdf, the pdf does not load, though the logo and menu do appear
(link '00101' here http://a-s-t.co/#00101 (pardon the very in-process site)
(also not working on Binder site http://thisisourwork.net/binder/#PDF )

tried multiple times on both Chrome and Safari browsers
