We need to choose a orchestration tool. Ideas:

Kubernetes, but probably a bit too much
Docker Swarm
Docker Compose, but no health checks
Nomad

As discussed, we will go for Docker swarm, as it has all the features we want (health checks, secret management, etc.) and is the most lightweight
