Add support for Subnet Networks

In this Cloudera Director forum post, a user reported receiving an error when trying to provision an instance in a subnet using the new Subnetwork Networks feature of Google Cloud Platform. This is because the plugin currently supports only Legacy (non-subnet) Networks. We need to add support for Subnet Networks.

I face the same trouble as described in the forum post. It would be interesting to indicate a GCE Subnet networks created by a user.

Is there anything planned to support this feature? We'd like to start testing Google Cloud at some point.

@jadair-cloudera, We are facing same issue with GCP subnetwork. we would like to test this feature in our GCP environment.
