Enabling cerebro using the ops-file co-locates a route-registrar which exposes the app running on port 9000. This seems like an interesting choice, given that everything else is routed through the ls-router when its enabled.
Proposal: expose cerebro using ls-router, make route-registrar an option (might make sense to people co-deploying this to CF).
