problems with upgrading tasks

Describe the bug
If there is a new version, the user need to completely remove the previous version and then install the new one

Expected behaviour
Updating the existing one should be the default behaviour

Solution: copy the lists directory using
cp ~/.local/lib/tasks/lists
then uninstall, then install new version, then delete the lists directory in ~/.local/lib/tasks/lists and replace it with the old one.
