docs: argument mismatches across project

Problem:

Doxygen is reporting warnings when parsing descriptors for arguments on certain files. Instances of these warnings can be found by looking at the "Build docs" output on the docs.yml Actions page.

Proposed Solution:

Please resolve these warnings while keeping accurate and meaningful descriptions of the argument parameters.
